Do You Offer Free Consultations?


If you require estate planning services--a Will or Trust, for example--we will happily schedule a no-cost consultation.  For other matters we offer something even better than a free consultation. We'll spend time with you before the consultation to see whether you need our services.


Let's be honest: even a "free" consultation may require you to take time off from work, or make arrangements to care for an elderly parent.  It can be a tremendous inconvenience.  Many lawyers simply will not speak with a potential new client over telephone.  They insist that you come in. Maybe they believe that once you're in their office, you'll feel uncomfortable leaving without hiring them to perform services.  We, on the other hand, rely almost entirely on referrals.  That's quite an honor, if you think about it.  And we'd like to think that part of the reason for our success is that we'll give potential clients a straight assessment.  After all, if we treat a referral poorly, will the referring party provide our names again?


So, we will always take the time necessary to give you our honest opinion. If we don't feel that you need our services we'll tell you.  If we think that you would benefit from our services, we'll suggest that you come in.


Does it get any fairer than that?
